Saturday I spent almost the entire day assembling dinner kits, from the directions in “Mega Menu Mailer”. My freezer is quite literally packed with food. In theory, I now have dinners available for the next month.
When my spousal unit found out what I was up to in the kitchen, he said, “I’m going to take the kids out for a while. We’re not fleeing in terror. Really.”
