I am so tired of applying to Craigslist job ads, only to find out they’re some form of scam.

For example, the response I got today included an “application form” (red flag #1—when they want you to fill out another application, either via e-mail or on a web form, it’s generally a scam). The form included a lot of extraneous information about what their fictitious company supposedly does (red flag #2), then went into the job description. The second item said I would be depositing receivables into my own bank account and then transferring them to the company.

Yeah. I’ll get right on that.
