Seen in an ad for an online university:

“Did you know,” burbles the narrator, “that in the U.S., full-time employees with a college degree earn 62% more annually than those with just a high school education?”

Yeah. Never mind the ones who are earning 100% less because we can’t find work. STFU, bitch.

  1. I feel you! Financial Aid loan only gave me an 8 month deferral. Actually got denied basic minimum wage work for being “over-qualified”.

    • Yeah, that’s one of my concerns–right now no one will hire me because I have no job experience. If I go back to school and get a Master’s, I’m thinking no one will hire me because I’ll be over-qualified. Rock, meet hard place.
